2. Categories of data processed

  • Contact data (name, surname, email, phone if provided) submitted through participation or contact forms.
  • Donation data (amount, fiscal data needed for receipts) processed by payment providers under their own privacy notices.
  • Navigation data (IP address, user-agent, technical logs) automatically collected for the operation and security of the Site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to contact requests and managing participation — Art. 6.1(b) and 6.1(a) GDPR.
  • Donation management and fiscal obligations — Art. 6.1(c) GDPR.
  • Site security and technical diagnostics — Art. 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Storage and security

Data is processed by electronic means with appropriate technical and organisational measures (Art. 32 GDPR). Retention does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes pursued (typically 10 years for accounting data, 24 months for technical logs, until consent is withdrawn for activity sign-ups).

5. Recipients

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions of the EU Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and additional safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@tiferetchaim.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Minors

The Site is not directed at children under 14. For activities involving minors, data is collected solely through their parents or legal guardians.
